We have a change in the cost of the Scuba Discovery, However, the full cost of $50 will be credited towards the actual open water course if you choose to take it with us.

Now that you have paid for class you need to download the 2 forms below, if you did not pick-up a packet from the front desk. Fill these forms out and bring them with you to your class time. If on the Medical form you answer yes to any of the questions, please go to our forms page and download the full Medical Questionnaire, this will require a signature from your primary doctor. Then please fill out the registration form below to confirm your spot in class.
